Death:
There is circumstantial evidence that Susan Weisel, daughter of John Weisel and
Margaret Schneider, is the mother of Rebecca --?-- (1835) and William H. Whisel (1840)
and married Watson Prosser about 1845. Watson Prosser and Susan had the following children: David W. and Morgan Prosser.
1) Susan Prosser is buried in the same cemetery as John and Margaret Weisel and
her date of death is June 13, 1858.
2) In the will (1855) of John Weisel, John adds a codicil on June 22, 1858 that his daughter
Susan has died and her share is to be divided between the remaining children with
the exception of Josiah.
3) The Obituary for William H. Whisel states he is survived by a sister Rebecca Whitaker
and a half brother Morgan Prosser.
