Anna's surname is believed to be Fretz based on the 1850 census record that has Anthony Fretz living with Anna and Tobias and is listed as Tobias' father-in-law. Source for her birth and marriage record would likely be found in the Tinicum, Bucks County, church records.
Michael Weisel, Will - Michael Weisel (Bucks County, Pennsylvania).
In the name of God Amen. I, Michael Weissel of Tenicum in the County of
Bucks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being in a very weak state of body,
but of sound mind, memory and understanding, for which I thank God, and
considering that all flesh must die, have thought fit to establish this my
last will and testament in manner following, that is, I commend my soul to
God who gave it, and I desire my body to be buried in a Christian like manner
at the discretion of my executors herein named -- and as touching my worldly
estate wherewith this pleased God to bless me, my will is, that after payment
of my funeral charges and just debts, my dear and loving wife Mary Weissel
shall take the case of drawers that stand in the room where I now lay, one
bed, four chairs which she shall chose, and such other of my household goods
as she shall choose, to the amount of twenty dollars; likewise she shall take
any cow she please out of my flock and two sheep, and after she has taken
these things out, she shall have one third part of my movable estate and the
yearly income or interest of five hundred pounds during her natural life,
and at her decease it shall be divided as the other part of my estate,
Catherine's bed and such other articles about the house as have been
generally called hers, she is to keep and after the above mentioned articles
are taken, my will is that as soon as my executors shall think it suitable
and convenient, after my decease, that they shall sell all my estate both
personal and real, and make a fair and equal division of the amount or
proceeds thereof among all my children namely Elizabeth Smith, Magdalena
Busy, Eve Shwartz, Michael Weissel, Daniel Weissel, Susanna Shwartz,
Catherine Weissel, Tobias Weissel, and Samuel Weissel, each and every one of
them to have share and share alike -- and lastly I do make and ordain my
sons-in-law Jacob Busy of Tenicum and Nicholas Shwartz of Plumstead executors
of this my last will and testament, revoking , disannulling and disallowing
and making void all other or former will and testament constituting ordaining
and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In
witness whereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty second day of
April in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and eighteen.

A “guardian” in this sense of the meaning is NOT one who cares for the minor, but looks after the financial aspects as an overseer to ensure there is no squandering of funds by the remaining parent that will hurt the children.

The original church stood on the hill near the abandoned cemetery. It was built of logs, probably in 1747, the "Brick" church, the third structure at that place erected by the Lutheran and Reformed congregations, was destroyed by fire. The denominations then separated, the Lutherans building a new church and the Reformed congregation rebuilding and occupying the Brick Church. The present (1923) date stone as "Lower Tinicum Reformed Church-rebuilt A. D. 1908."
