Charles W. Wiysel
Charles W. Wiysel, 85, a former resident of Krebs who had lived in Wichita, Kas., for six months, died in a hospital in the latter city Tuesday. He was a butcher by trade.
He was born May 17, 1895, in Van Buren, Ark. Wiysel was a member of the Baptist Church in Krebs.
He was married in Featherston on Feb. 21, 1920; his wife, Mrs. Avie Wiysel, preceded him in death Sept. 14, 1977.
Wiysel lived in Great Bend, Kas., for years before making his home in Krebs.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Oak Hill Cemetery, with Rev. Clarence Capers officiating. The Mills Funeral Home is in charge.
Surviving relatives include: a son Charles, of Krebs, four daughters,: Dorothy Heathcock of Alderson; Lou Ella Kuhn of Wichita, Kansas; Wanda Willson of Garden City, Kansas and Rena Mae Burch of Pueblo, Colorado; four sisters, Margaret Burman of Krebs, Mae Spencer of Hartsborne, Dora Kritikros of Dallas, Texas, and Minnie Cleveland of Chickasaha, Oklahoma, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Avie Wiysel
Avie Wiysel, age 76, died Wednesday in a local hospital. Rev. Frank DiMiceli, assisted by Frank Clarence, will deliver the final services Friday at 2 p.m. at Mills Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Wiysel lived at 525 Washington in Krebs and attended the Krebs Baptist Church.
She was born May 20, 1901 in Bache, Okla., and was married to Charles Wiysel in 1920. Mrs. Wiysel has lived in the Pittsburg County area all her life.
Surviving relatives include: Mrs. Wiysel's husband; Charles of the home, a son Charles, of Krebs, four daughters,: Dorothy Heathcock of Alderson; Lou Ella Kuhn of Wichita, Kansas; Wanda Willson of Garden City, Kansas and Rena Mae Burch of Pueblo, Colorado; four sisters, Margaret Burman of Krebs, Mae Spencer of Hartsborne, Dora Kritikros of Dallas, Texas, and Minnie Cleveland of Chickasaha, Oklahoma, eleven grandchrildren and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be James Heathcock, Robert Kuhn, V.C. Willson, Jimmy Heathcock, Troy Pedigo and Roy Heskett. Honorary pallbearers are John Dotts, Lance McClure, Harold Blazek, and Lyle Burch.
