Alice V. Erlandson, 92, Fergus Falls, died Friday, Oct. 18, in Fergus Falls. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at Bethel Lutheran Church. Rev. John Kilde will officiate, and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens.
One of five children of John and Ida (Johnson) Peterson, she was born March 4, 1893, in Parkers Prairie.
On Sept. 25, 1918, she and Henry Erlandson were married in Parkers Prairie. They resided in Parkers Prairie, Ashby and Michigan before moving to Fergus Falls in 1944. In 1971, they both entered Broen Memorial Home. Her husband died Sept. 8,1972.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lennie (Mildred) Bothun of Dalton; one son, Winston of Green Bay, Wis.; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Glende-Johnson-Nelson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church Monday.

Mildred Bothun, died on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, at the Broen Home in Fergus Falls.
Mildred Lorraine was born on Sept. 21, 1920, in North Kigston, Minnesota to Henry and Alice (Peterson) Erlandson. While growing up she lived in Ashby graduating in 1937 from Ashby High School. Mildred worked at OC Drug Store in Ashby from 1937-1940.
In 1940, Mildred married Lennie Clarence Bothun of Dalton, in Brandon, Minnesota. They had two sons, Gary and Harvey. In 1942 they moved to Michigan where Lennie worked in a factory while Mildred provided as a loving mother to their children. At the start of the war, they returned to help on the family farm. In 2002, Mildred and Lennie moved to Ashby. After a fall, Mildred moved to the Broen Home in Fergus Falls where she currently resided.
Mildred enjoyed gardening, embroidering, singing, and was very actively involved with her church.
She leaves behind her sons, Gary (Carol) of Dalton and children, Travis and daughter, Raelin of Maple Grove, Todd (Phyllis) and children, Katie (Matthew) Houchin of Alexandria, AnnaMarie (Ryan) Naylor of Shoreview, Taylor and Jake; Harvey (Avis) of Garfield, and children, Mark (Ann) of St. Francis and children, Michael, Andrew and Matthew, Lynn (Kevin) Lee of Ramsey, and children; Alexander and Amariah; a sister in law, Joanne Erlandson along with several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Mildred in death, were her parents, Henry and Alice; husband, Lennie; a brother, Winston Erlandson and numerous brothers and sisters in law.
Service: 10:30 a.m., Saturday Dec. 6, at Zion-Sarpsborg Lutheran Church in Dalton, MN, with visitation one hour prior to the service

Interment: Ten Mile Lake Cemetery, Dalton

Winston "Win" Erlandson

Winston “Win” Erlandson, 81, longtime resident of Green Bay, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008. He was born May 9, 1927, in Minnesota, to the late Henry and Alice (Peterson) Erlandson. On June 2, 1950, he married JoAnn Kersten in Fergus Falls, Minn. Winston served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He had been employed at the Larsen Company and Wisconsin Physicians Service.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn; five children and their spouses, Scott and Jennifer Erlandson, Lee Erlandson and his friend, Vickie Liebl, Dana and Barb Erlandson, Patricia Erlandson, Paula and Donald Storace; his grandchildren, Abby, Emily, Joanna, Mike, Travis, Casey, Nicholas, Lauren, Ethan, Bailey; his great-grandchildren, Lexi, Ari, Nathan, Mathilda; a sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and Lennie Bothun; and a brother-in-law, Elroy “Elley” Kersten.
Friends may call at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1350 Bond St., from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. James Seim officiating. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
